Biographie
Wayne specializes in the sale of land and the land development process. He carries more than 30 years of industrial sales and leasing experience in the Greater Toronto Area. Wayne provides a critical understanding of development procedures and sound knowledge of environmental, geotechnical, site servicing and planning issues. Wayne is a creative dealmaker who delivers consistent service to his clients. Wayne has completed significant land sales, as well as lease and sale transactions for a variety of unique commercial buildings. His clients include Econolite Canada Inc., RMR Properties, Great Gulf Homes, TransMetro, Liza Homes, Aker Kvaerner Inc., Shah Trading and the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority. Wayne holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfred Laurier University, with a major in Business Administration. He received certification from the Canadian Securities Institution and the Ontario Real Estate Association. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Manager, and completed the CCIM’s User Decision Analysis for Commercial Real Estate Investment course.
