Toby joined Block Hawley in 2025, specializing in all facets of industrial real estate. Before joining Block Hawley, he was part of the industrial teams at Newmark Zimmer and Avison Young in St. Louis, where he gained valuable experience in tenant and landlord representation, as well as investment sales.
Driven by a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their real estate needs, Toby comes from a family with a deep-rooted legacy in the commercial real estate services business, spanning four generations in the greater St. Louis area. This long-standing family connection to the industry has fueled Toby’s commitment to providing exceptional service and thoughtful solutions in the industrial real estate sector.
Toby specializes in industrial tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. His strong background in finance, combined with his deep understanding of the local market, allows him to offer informed, strategic advice to clients.
