Biographie
TJ is a seasoned commercial broker specializing in Office Landlord and Occupier Representation as well as Capital Markets involving a wide range of investment property sales. With over twenty (20) years of experience, he has amassed a rich background in all four of the major asset groups including office, retail, industrial and multi-family. Through his own real estate development efforts, he has gained strong working knowledge of the commercial development process. TJ is outcome driven and takes on projects with an Owner mentality to provide the most value for his clients. He plays an active role on behalf of Developers and Occupiers in the entitlement process, economic incentive negotiation, financing, as well as the lease or sale negotiation.
TJ joined CBRE (formerly CBRE|Hubbell Commercial) in 2014 as a Vice President of Brokerage Services. Previously TJ worked as a Vice President – Transaction Services at Terrus Real Estate Group from 2005-2014. Prior to brokerage work, TJ developed his knowledge and practice in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis through market research and brokerage services in the Des Moines, Omaha, and Chicago markets.
A partial list of clients include landlord representation work for Nationwide Insurance, Citi Group, Honeywell, EIG14T, Riverpoint Properties, and Market One, LLC. In addition, TJ has worked on behalf of Occupiers such as Voya, CAPTRUST, AIG, Verizon Business, Booz Allen, Geico, Syngenta, MercyOne, KinderCare, Pacific Life and local companies such as Seneca Companies, INVISION, Coviance, and Ellie.
