Biographie
As a member of our investment team, Mr. Demsky manages an active real estate portfolio and leads a team of highly trained professionals. With 17+ years of commercial real estate experience, he oversees all aspects of the acquisition of new properties and disposition of existing assets. Core responsibilities include: sourcing new deals, contract negotiation, financial underwriting, board and client presentations, and the coordination of the transition process from the purchase or sale of a property to our Asset and Property Management groups.
Before joining Canadian Urban Limited, Mr. Demsky worked as a Senior Real Estate Analyst and Sales Representative with Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales group in Toronto. Prior to this position, he worked in New York City as Vice President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation’s Asset and Property Management Department.
Mr. Demsky holds a Master of Science Degree in Urban and Economic Planning from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia. He is also a licensed sales representative in Ontario and an active member of NAIOP and TREB.
