Biographie
Richard Zhou is a commercial real estate associate broker specializing in leasing and sales in the Greater Puget Sound area. Richard has prior experience in residential real estate brokerage at Keller Williams Eastside, having achieved a gross sales volume of nearly $5.5 million from 2021 to 2023. Prior to his career in residential brokerage, Richard briefly attended the University of Washington from 2017-2019, before eventually returning in early 2023 to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate at the Runstad Department in Seattle.
When working with clients, Richard places an emphasis on trust, transparency, integrity, and excellence. His willingness to understand and deeply care about his clients’ long-term goals aligns with his focus on building strong, lasting relationships.
