Paige joined Texas C.R.E.S. in 2025. Her love for the industry began in Canyon Lake, TX, where she actively participated in property acquisition, development, and renovation projects alongside her partner. This hands-on experience provided her with valuable insights into real estate transactions and property transformations. In 2023, Paige’s mother assumed responsibility for their family trust and portfolio of properties in California. The decision to divest some long-held family properties, owned for over three decades, allows her to navigate the delicate balance between emotional attachment and financial decision-making in real estate transactions. She is committed to establishing strong connections with landowners, ensuring they feel supported and protected throughout the transition process.). As an avid hunter, Paige has developed a profound appreciation for conservation and a deep respect for the land, its rich history, and the individuals who own it.
Paige brings fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a personal touch to her real estate practice. She is backed by comprehensive training from Champions School of Real Estate and has a genuine interest in helping businesses find the perfect properties to meet their needs. Paige is dedicated to staying ahead of market trends and understanding the unique challenges clients face in today’s dynamic real estate market through her emphasis on continued education and research. She has a strong background in Human Resources and Business Management. For eleven years prior to her real estate debut, Paige worked for a small freight courier and played a key role in its operations. She was responsible for identifying and developing satellite office locations to support the company’s expansion and managing route logistics. Her life experiences made the decision to focus on land sales and acquisitions in the commercial real estate market an easy one.
When she’s not helping clients search for properties, you can find her exploring new destinations, enjoying a round of golf, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying the great outdoors. She spends a lot of time at her hunting lease in Brady, TX and loves weekend trips to explore the great state of Texas. Paige is an active volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Delta Waterfowl – The Duck Hunter’s Organization and the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA).
