Je me spécialise dans deux domaines : les acheteurs d'une première maison et les investisseurs multifamiliaux. J'ai constaté que les deux demandent beaucoup de temps et d'attention aux détails, ce qui convient parfaitement à ma personnalité et à mon approche approfondie de l'immobilier. Dans le centre-ville de Philadelphie, beaucoup de mes acheteurs ont tendance à déménager.
