I’m Nedal Kawash — Managing Broker and Founder of Kawash Group — and I’ve closed over $100 million in real estate transactions across the Chicago real estate market.
With a strong focus on commercial real estate in Chicago, including industrial and investment assets, I help clients buy or sell property in Chicago and surrounding areas. My experience spans everything from multi-tenant commercial buildings to value-add development deals and off-market Chicago investment properties.
I’m also the co-founder of Modern Creations, a construction firm specializing in ground-up residential and commercial development. This gives me a unique advantage when guiding clients through the full real estate lifecycle — from acquisition and construction to sale or lease-up.
