Meet Maddie Whitehead, managing principal at Blueprint Commercial, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Philadelphia. Maddie brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to the team, having successfully navigated numerous complex transactions throughout her career in brokerage and real estate development. Her approach, rooted in a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs, ensures that every deal is tailored for optimal outcomes. Maddie is skilled in market research, site selection, landlord representation and evaluating acquisition/expansion opportunities on behalf of buyers and tenants. Maddie's passion for helping her clients, both big and small, navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and her dedication to her clients' success are the driving forces behind her work at Blueprint Commercial. She is also responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm.
Prior to starting Blueprint, Maddie started her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She then spent time at a boutique retail brokerage firm in Philadelphia, where she worked on behalf of her clients in both landlord leasing and tenant representation roles in the Philadelphia Metro area. Maddie also spent time working for a national retail development company and focused on helping clients develop build-to-suit properties in markets across the country. She was responsible for market research, site selection and evaluating acquisition opportunities from both a real estate and financial perspective.
Outside of the office, Maddie enjoys exploring new cities, trying new restaurants in the area, as well as skiing and hiking.
