Biographie
I’m a commercial real estate advisor with Locate, focused on retail leasing and landlord representation across Colorado Springs, Denver, and key mountain markets. I work with property owners to reposition assets, activate retail corridors, and attract tenants that drive long-term value. My portfolio includes everything from power centers and QSR pads to urban infill and mall redevelopments. While landlord rep is my core, I also support tenant representation for select franchise operators, regional brands, and new-to-market concepts. My goal is to align brand growth strategy with market opportunity—whether that means securing a flagship location or building a multi-unit rollout plan. As part of Locate’s data-driven brokerage team, I combine local expertise with proprietary analytics to help clients make smarter site and leasing decisions. I’m known for being collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on results—no matter which side of the table I’m sitting on. Before my transition into commercial real estate, I spent over 10 years leading franchise development, marketing, and growth strategy at Sprokkit, a national franchise marketing firm. I supported the expansion of franchise systems and recruitment efforts for high-profile brands including Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s, Del Taco, QDOBA, Mathnasium, and Wetzel’s Pretzels, among others. My role included market research, campaign strategy, content development, and franchisee lead generation—giving me a deep understanding of the business drivers behind retail and service brand growth. That experience continues to inform my work in real estate today. I understand what franchise brands need to grow—and how landlords can position their properties to meet those needs.
