Larry D. Richey est vice-président exécutif des bureaux de Cushman & Wakefield en Floride. À ce poste, il supervise les bureaux de la société à Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton et Fort. Lauderdale. Avant de rejoindre Cushman & Wakefield il y a 41 ans, M. Richey était expert-comptable agréé au sein du cabinet comptable Coopers & Lybrand à Atlanta. Il est également avocat et membre du barreau de Géorgie. Les bureaux de C&W en Floride se classent régulièrement au sommet du secteur concurrentiel des services immobiliers commerciaux sur leurs marchés respectifs.
