Kristen joined the Marcus and Millichap and the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team in April 2024. She brings over 16 years of experience in the
hospitality industry, where she has specialized in business development and sales of Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipment (FF&E). Kristen has
a proven track record of building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among clients and internal
teams, resulting in projects completed on time and within budget.
Her expertise and commitment to client satisfaction have earned her multiple President’s Top 10 Awards, a recognition of her dedication
to understanding and meeting client needs. Kristen’s focus on a client-centered approach has fostered enduring partnerships, with clients
repeatedly seeking her expertise for their hospitality projects.
Born and raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, she continues to call it home. Kristen enjoys reading, working out, and spending time
with her husband and three children.
