As a recent MBA graduate from The University of Alabama, Kalie Korpitz brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise and business insight to the world of real estate development and investment. She began her career with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, gaining early experience in project management and operations that sharpened her strategic and analytical thinking. Kalie’s professional journey includes internships at Nexamp and Swinerton, where she supported large-scale construction projects through cost forecasting, supply chain coordination, and project engineering.
Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Kalie developed her passion for real estate early, flipping houses alongside her father. Today, she is driven to leverage her technical foundation and business training to pursue opportunities that enhance property value while positively impacting communities.
In her free time, Kalie enjoys playing rugby, and staying active while exploring new markets across Chicago
