Biographie
Josh Katlin is a Director in JLL Capital Markets' Miami office and a partner within JLL's National Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease Team. With a decade of experience at the intersection of real estate capital markets and corporate finance, Josh has established himself as a single-tenant net lease expert.
Specializing in the capitalization and sale of net leased retail, industrial, medical, and office properties across the United States, Josh works closely with both institutional and private capital clients. His expertise has been instrumental in transaction volume exceeding $1 billion in single-tenant net leased sales and capitalizations during his tenure at JLL.
Josh joined JLL Capital Markets in 2021, initially based in Chicago, before relocating to Miami in 2023 to expand his team's presence in the Southeast region. Prior to JLL, he honed his skills in corporate finance at BMO Bank, focusing on direct lending to sponsors and businesses across the food, consumer, and agribusiness sectors.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, Josh holds a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in accounting.
