Jacob is a hospitality and real estate professional with a strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, and investment advisory. Currently serving as an Associate at HREC Investment Advisors in Denver since February 2024, Jacob brings a data-driven approach to hotel brokerage, supporting valuation, underwriting, and transaction execution for lodging assets nationwide.
Before joining HREC, Jacob honed his analytical skills as a Revenue Analyst at Wynn Las Vegas, where he played a key role in forecasting, pricing strategies, and inventory management for one of the industry's most prestigious luxury brands. His earlier roles as Rooms Controller at Wynn and Luxury Service Ambassador at Resorts World Las Vegas further strengthened his expertise in hotel operations and guest experience management.
Jacob’s hospitality foundation began at Hotel Erwin in Venice, California, and was complemented by his role as an instructor at Avant Garde Fencers Club, where he developed communication and leadership skills. His well-rounded experience across front-line service, high-level analytics, and commercial real estate makes Jacob a valuable contributor to HREC’s growing advisory team.
