Biographie
Joan Muller has been licensed in the State of Florida for seven years. She is presently a Realtor at Sunshine Realty & Appraisal Services, LLC on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach. For her buyers, Joan has the patience and instincts for matching a customer with their ideal home or business. For sellers, she is a strong negotiator for her customers, and previously sold a property in her neighborhood for the highest price since 2007.
Born and raised in New York City, Joan graduated from the Art Program at Newtown HS and then went on to acquire an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Fashion Institute of Technology, before managing her own Textile Design Painting Studio for close to a decade.
Her long-time interest in Real Estate eventually prompted her to return to school at Queens College and become a Licensed Realtor in the State of New York. Joan obtained a position at Queens Tudor Realty in Middle Village, that had four branch offices, one of which she eventually became Manager. Joan was involved in not only residential sales of single and multiple family residences, but also apartment and home rentals for close to five years. She continued to refine her professional, yet friendly approach, and developed harmonious working relationships with many loyal customers.
Joan then decided to further refine her Office Management talents, and attended LaGuardia Community College to earn a Certificate in Computer Studies, which led her to manage a local Architectural Firm consisting of four partners and several other associates and employees.
Before Joan became a Sales Associate at Sunshine, she was involved in several personal transactions with them…buying, improving, and reselling properties…over the last 15 years. This has given her the experience of being on the selling and buying side of the table, and has familiarized her with the many different neighborhoods in the St. Augustine & St. Johns County area.
