Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to gain diverse experiences in the fields of accounting and property management, which have helped me grow both professionally and personally.
In 2024, I worked as a Client Accountant at Cushman and Wakefield. ? In this role, I managed accounts, transactions, cash management, and reconciliations for multiple clients. ? I focused on preparing accurate financial reports that adhered to internal controls and client requirements. ? Collaborating closely with clients to address and resolve various accounting issues was a valuable experience that helped me improve my communication skills and client-oriented approach. ?
Before joining Cushman and Wakefield, I served as a Commercial Property Accountant at Sansone Group in 2023. ? My responsibilities included preparing and reviewing financial statements and bank reconciliations for commercial properties. ? I also processed accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and maintaining organized records. ? This role taught me the importance of accuracy and organization in handling complex financial tasks. ?
My journey with Sansone Group began in 2022 when I worked as a Commercial Development Intern. ? During my internship, I drafted an improved process for construction draws and assisted the Process Manager with updating the work management software Smartsheet. ? This experience allowed me to contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
In 2021, I interned at Musick Construction Company, where I supported the Field Operations Manager on construction sites, organized and updated the inventory system, and assisted financial analysts with upcoming projects. ? This role provided me with hands-on experience in the construction industry and helped me develop my organizational and analytical skills.
