James commenced working at the Warrant Group of Companies after graduating from Kingston University, having completed a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Property Planning and Development in 2007.
James' role amongst others is the acquisition of properties and development sites in city/town centre locations for Retail, Leisure and Mixed Use schemes.
James also has extensive experience in all types of commercial and residential property transactions including development, redevelopment, letting, lease renewals, freehold sales, landlord & tenant matters, service charge arrangements, rent reviews, portfolio management of over 100 commercial and residential properties, valuations and planning to name but a few.
