Biographie
Jake Pagel serves as a Senior Associate with Vanguard Real Estate Advisors in their Dallas office. Mr. Pagel focuses on multifamily brokerage assignments in all the major Texas markets. Prior to joining Vanguard, he worked at a boutique brokerage shop, Drake Realty Group, with a focus on land development sites and existing multifamily transactions. Mr. Pagel holds a real estate license in the state of Texas.
Mr. Pagel grew up in Dallas, attending Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He later went on to attend Texas A&M University where he received his Bachelor of Sport Management and Master’s of Real Estate. While at Texas A&M University, Mr. Pagel played football for four years as the team’s long snapper.
