Since launching a career in commercial real estate in 1986, Mr. McCann has overseen the management of a major downtown office portfolio in Edmonton, responsible for more than 2 million square feet of office space.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was the Vice President, Operations for TGS North American REIT, where he played an integral role in acquiring $244 million ($USD) of commercial real estate in Canada and the United States.
Mr. McCann also served as President of BOMA Edmonton, and has been on the Board of Directors of BOMA Canada and BOMI Canada.
