Biographie
Grant is a well-rounded and detail-oriented professional currently serving as an Associate at HREC Investment Advisors, where he plays a vital role in supporting hotel investment sales through financial analysis, market research, and strategic marketing execution. Since joining HREC in November 2024, Grant has been instrumental in underwriting hotel assets by constructing detailed five-year pro forma financial models, conducting revenue and expense forecasting, and utilizing valuation methods such as DCF and RMM to inform brokerage strategies.
His experience includes preparing in-depth Offering Memorandums, coordinating marketing materials, and managing key steps in the hotel listing process—from engagement letter execution to outreach to thousands of potential investors. In addition to his brokerage responsibilities, Grant enhances internal operations through CRM management, newsletter development, and broker communications.
Prior to HREC, Grant held impactful roles in both compensation strategy and real estate development, including as a Compensation Coordinator at FanDuel and an intern at Blackridge Development. He also brings hospitality and customer-facing experience from Kroenke Sports & Entertainment and the Town of Parker. With a unique blend of financial, operational, and marketing expertise across hospitality and commercial real estate, Grant delivers strong value to clients and colleagues alike.
