Elan is a commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in urban and suburban landlord and tenant representation. Most recently a Principal at ARC (2018–2022), Elan previously held roles at RKF and Baum Realty Group.
Elan has led notable transactions for brands like Aesop, Wilson, Levain Bakery, and Steak 48, and represented landlords in deals involving Target, Lululemon, and Barnes & Noble. Their client list includes ACADIA Realty Trust, Sterling Bay, Adidas, Arc’teryx, and Comcast/Xfinity.
