She has represented over 400 landlords, tenants and investors in transactions totaling more than 7,000,000 SF and $400,000,000. This significant experience gives her extensive, up to date market knowledge and the ability to create the best deal in every transaction. Denise works closely with her clients to understand their strategic business and real estate needs as well as the psychological and emotional complexities that go along with making large real estate decisions, and then implements them with sound strategies.
Denise’s life and business experience includes the attainment of the most prestigious and trusted SIOR designation, a Directorship on the Board of Directors for the Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE), winning many of the #1 Top Performance awards at PW and commendations from Newmark Knight Frank Epic’s Board of Directors for performance as well as mentoring and publishing The Industrial Broker Training Manual for new brokers. These experiences have given her the ability to move transactions along while accomplishing miracles for her clients, all while enjoying the process.
