David Kelpe joined CBRE as Senior Vice President in July of 2021 focusing on office brokerage leasing and tenant representation.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dave was at Cushman & Wakefield for 20 years. In his career David completed more than 4 million square feet of office sales and lease transactions, valued at more than $980 million.
