David has over 23 years combined retail leasing experience - 13 years with CBL and Assoc., one of the largest mall REITs in the US and 3 years with RED Development, a leading shopping center developer. David has experience leasing projects ranging from 30,000 SF neighborhood centers to 1,000,000 SF destination lifestyle centers. David has a large network of both national and regional retail contacts as well as peers in the industry.
