Biographie
Dan is a seasoned hospitality investment professional with over two decades of experience in hotel acquisitions, development, and capital markets. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at HREC Investment Advisors, where he has been a key member of the Dallas office since 2022. Dan plays a critical role in advising clients on complex lodging transactions, bringing deep market knowledge and strategic insight to every deal.
In addition to his role at HREC, Dan is the longtime President of Lodging & Leisure Investment Advisors, a firm he founded in 2009 to provide specialized advisory services in the hospitality sector. His executive leadership background includes serving as Chief Investment Officer for both Skeiron Real Estate, LLC and American Hotel Income Properties REIT, where he oversaw significant portfolio growth and investment strategy across the U.S.
Earlier in his career, Dan was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Kimpton Hotels, where he led expansion efforts and structured high-profile transactions in major urban markets. With a track record of success across institutional, REIT, and private investment platforms, Dan is widely recognized for his expertise, integrity, and strategic vision in the lodging and leisure real estate industry.
