40 years as a successful serial entrepreneur. This location would make for a great school and teaching center to launch many small businesses building tiny healthy houses locally. This is the next goal that I need help to manifest. Other elders concerned about teaching the service industry generation some skills as they reach middle age and become otherwise unemployable.
