Ben has worked with a wide range of clients across the south west and wider UK. This work has included the disposal and acquisition of both land and property and the provision of in depth residential and mixed-use consultancy advice and market commentary.
In addition to providing open market residential advice, Ben also advises on a range of alternative residential uses such as student accommodation, retirement, build-to-rent and affordable housing.
Depending on the nature of the client, advice can be provided on disposal and acquisition, options analysis, phasing, unit size and design, mix and specification as well as exit strategy, sales rates, demand and target market.
