Biographie
Arthur a rejoint Samet Corporation en tant qu'estimateur, puis a suivi un programme de formation couvrant les 16 divisions de la construction et de la gestion immobilière. Par la suite, il s'est diversifié dans l'immobilier et le développement, obtenant son MBA tout en dirigeant la division immobilière de Samet. En octobre 2000, Arthur a été promu Président-Directeur Général (PDG) de Samet Corporation.
Arthur est membre certifié en investissement commercial (CCIM) et ancien président du conseil d'administration du chapitre CCIM de Caroline du Nord.
