Biographie
Mr. Armando Ruiz, President had worked with the Texas Department of Commerce before creating his own firm. Mr. Ruiz responsibilities at Commerce included bringing together communities, private and public lenders to help businesses to expand or move to Texas. The development of such activities required the coordination of funding from several financing sources necessary to make a project viable to the community and the lender.

Mr. Ruiz is a graduate of St. Edward’s University School of Business and has completed specialized training in areas of finance, investment, real estate, and community and business development.
