Anthony Ptacek is a commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial tenant representation, investment strategy, and market analytics across the I-85 S and I-20 W submarkets. As an Associate Tenant Representation Broker at Colliers, Anthony represents over one million square feet of industrial space and 35 acres of industrial outdoor storage for lease. He has secured more than $18 million in industrial sale listings and contributed to over $30 million in investment offers throughout the region. His responsibilities have included underwriting pro forma development models, building and managing a custom CRM of over 3,000 tenant contacts, and identifying high-value opportunities for both occupiers and developers.
