Biographie
Alex joined Capital Industrial in 2015 as Director and is responsible for the asset management of selected assets within the Capital Industrial portfolio.
Prior to Capital Industrial, Alex worked for Lothbury Investment Management as an Asset Manager on the Lothbury Property Trust fund. He was responsible for the asset management of £400m of assets, with particular focus on the industrial and shopping centre sectors. Before joining Lothbury, Alex worked for Nelson Bakewell and was responsible for the management of Shaftesbury’s Chinatown portfolio. He has also worked for Jansons & Partners as a graduate surveyor, primarily in the West London industrial market.
Alex holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from Portsmouth University and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
