WISE Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2003 by Alan Scott White who currently serves as CEO and President. Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, WISE is a licensed real estate brokerage and advisory services firm in Michigan dedicated to delivering comprehensive commercial real estate services across various sectors in the areas of tenant/buyer representation; site location; acquisition /assemblage; investment/development consulting; project management and select landlord/seller assignments. Prior to forming WISE, Alan spent eight years with a leading global full service commercial real estate company.
WISE has been successful in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of various real estate assets on behalf of for-profit and non-profit clients that are based locally, nationally and internationally.
