The restaurant is currently leased on a 5-Year NNN basis to Veda Indian Cuisine (former Denny’s) paying $90,000 in annual NOI Rent in 2026.
The Hotel asset has historically and currently operates as a La Quinta Inn by Wyndham and ownership just completed a full interior and exterior PIP renovation, equating to around $3m in capital expenditures from September 2022 to October 2024.
