All 9 properties are located in some of the most prominent locations in DFW along with 1 in Round Rock, TX, near Austin and located on major streets with high volume traffic counts.
Recent Long Term leases for the lube operations have been executed at 5 locations with Grease Monkey and a new long term lease with Jiffy Lube for the 1 location in Round Rock. WashGuys and now with these 2 National Brands should create a great synergy to increase the WashGuys already profitable operations.
