UPDATE. The City of Hagerstown has now approved the sketch & ESD Stormwater Management Concept plans (effective January 15, 2026). See docs section. Initial existing grade to finish grade cut/fill calculations have been determined to be approximately 4,350 cubic yards of cut and 34,350 cubic yards of fill, exclusive of pavement, foundations, utilities, etc. Existing forestation is approximately 2.26 acres with estimated clearing of 0.19 acres for improvements. Total required planting would be 0.38 acres or a one-time payment of $6,787 in leu of. A Geotech report will be completed in conjunction with the final construction drawings with approval expected by May/June. There are no expected impact fees other than permit, construction and utility connection fees.
