Inchgreen is a first class multi-modal port located on the firth of Clyde with road and sea access. It offers a wide-range of development opportunities and has been identified in the National Renewables Infrastructure Plan (NRIP) as a potential offshore renewables site. It offers great potential for the port to be adopted for fabrication and/or assembly of floating substructures, as well as wind turbine component staging and the wet storage of assembled units.
