Hilco is soliciting bids for a legacy-caliber portfolio of mixed-use, industrial and development assets across northern New Jersey, with a bid deadline of September 30, 2025.
Anchoring the portfolio is the Harrison Town Square Redevelopment Area, a fully entitled, 18.6± AC, transit-oriented site positioned between the Harrison PATH Station and the new 25,000-seat Sports Illustrated Arena. Approved plans call for ±1,500 residential units, ±500,000 SF of Class A office space, ±149,000 SF of retail and entertainment, a 200-key hotel and structured parking, making it the final major redevelopment parcel along the coveted PATH corridor.
