The subject site is located on Coral Street in the sought after coastal town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea in North Yorkshire. Saltburn is situated approximately 4.5 miles north east of Guisborough, 10 miles east of Middlesbrough and 19 miles west of Whitby. Road access to Saltburn is principally provided by the A174 coast road which connects directly to Whitby to the east and the A19 to the west, in turn facilitating access to the wider road network.
