The Crescent City Harbor District in Crescent City, California has released a request for
proposal for the redevelopment and long-term operation of two RV parks on key
waterfront parcels.
The RFP is for a multi-year concession /lease contract for the operation of one or
more of the parks owned by the Harbor District.
Redwood Harbor Village is ocean front with beach access and views of the Paci?c
and the nearby Redwood National and State Parks. Redwood Harbor Village is
located at 159 Star?sh Way, Crescent City, CA 95531.
Bayside RV Park is adjacent to US Highway 101 and across from the commercial
?shing boat basin in the Harbor. Bayside RV Park is located at 750 US Highway 101,
Crescent City Harbor, CA 95531.
Both RV Parks are licensed and permitted and have been operated as RV parks for
more than 50 years. There are 150 spaces between the two parks. But each park is
now in need of redevelopment. The existing level of improvements for the RV parks
is limited, with minimal landscaping and other park amenities.
