Originally built as home but expanded to triple-plus size upon being zoned commercial. The units we seek to rent now are units 1,2, and 3 and by October first we will have #4 which is 1056 sq ft and in the rear of the building. Unit 4 has been used as a flower shop, secondhand shop, counseling center, diabetes store, and health food store. It is quiet, not near traffic. Six parking spots includes one handicapped. There is a small yard or garden area at the rear door. in front of units 1,2, and 3 are four parking spaces. On August 1, units 1 and 3 came available, but if someone wants space 2 (the kitchen) with either of these, this can be arranged within a month. The kitchen (#2) is presently rented on a month-to-month basis and can be joined to units 1 or 3.
