He developed comprehensive marketing strategies, drafted lease language and building policies, and guided tenants through both short- and long-term leasing processes.
Previously, Kyle managed leasing operations for two luxury Upper West Side Manhattan apartment buildings totaling nearly 370 units and representing approximately $250 million in assets. In this role, he directed pricing strategy, negotiations, and marketing initiatives, including the implementation of innovative social media campaigns that contributed to maintaining vacancy rates below one percent. He also collaborated with architects on renovation projects to enhance asset value and increase building revenue.
Kyle began his real estate career in New York City, where he worked as a licensed real estate agent handling residential rentals and sales. He managed transactions from initial client consultation through board approvals and closing, consistently exceeding sales targets while building strong relationships with clients and property management teams.
In addition to his real estate background, Kyle brings experience in logistics and transportation from his time at C.H. Robinson, where he negotiated carrier contracts, implemented automation strategies, and managed relationships with transportation partners. Earlier in his career, he held client-facing leadership roles in retail and hospitality, further strengthening his expertise in customer service, operations, and sales performance.
Kyle’s professional approach combines strategic marketing, data-driven pricing, and relationship-focused service. His diverse background across asset classes and markets enables him to deliver value to property owners, partners, and tenants alike.
Richard Laurenson, Chief of Staff, Operations Manager
Richie's educational foundation includes two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Auckland University of Technology, one in Social Sciences and another in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. Richie's experience further extends to roles such as Vice President of Operations at DROPIT Inc., Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Salesforce, and a Recruiting Lead at Salesforce. These positions allowed him to refine his strategies and develop a deep understanding of the tech industry’s needs. His early career experiences at prestigious companies like AOL and Google, along with his consultancy work at Oakleaf Partnership and Madison Recruitment, have equipped him with a diverse skill set that allows him to adapt to various organizational cultures and challenges. Richie’s reputation in the field is bolstered by his past involvement as a Committee Member at the Forbes Human Resources Council, where he contributed to high-level discussions surrounding talent management and organizational strategy.
