Later that year, he expanded into property management, forming a company that managed assets for clients including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
In 2014, Haidar joined NAI Farbman as an Associate Broker, transitioning into the commercial real estate sector with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, land development, and leasing. Over time, he developed specialized expertise in medical, clinical healthcare, dental, mental health, autism centers, government facilities, and corporate negotiations on behalf of property owners.
In December 2024, Haidar stepped down from his role at Farbman to launch and lead the Commercial Real Estate Division under Milestone Real Estate Company, a firm he originally founded in 2012. Under his leadership as President & Director of Operations, Milestone is now a full-service commercial real estate firm offering tailored strategies, seamless transactions, and innovative solutions across multiple asset classes.
