All gates and panels are Tarter Elite powder coated. 2 7/8 pipe rail and ¾ steel rod fencing. The Generac generator keeps the resort running in the event of an emergency. There are 3 x 5 ton HVAC units, 3 x 500 gallon propane tanks and a 25 Person Storm shelter. All public spaces are handicap accessible. All equipment stays!
