The Port of Savannah is 176 miles away and the Port of Charleston is 274 miles, both reachable within the same-day delivery window shown on the regional connectivity map, which puts most of the Southeast and a large share of the eastern half of the country within 2 to 8 hours.

Incentives:
The site qualifies for Tier 1 County Job Tax Credits, $4,000 per net new job for 5 years, which can offset up to 100% of state income tax liability with a 10-year carry forward. A manufacturer bringing 100 new jobs over 5 years could realize up to $2,000,000 in total credits.
