We are a luxury and boutique, independent serviced office company providing fully furnished and serviced office space in the heart of Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh. Our buildings are professionally interior designed and offer all the facilities and support required by modern businesses. Our mission is to provide bright, uplifting and highly professional work space with outstanding customer service. The office without soul has its place, but not here. We have converted our buildings for the digital age, and we are home to a community of some of the country’s most exciting enterprises and entrepreneurs in a wide range of fields. We offer a wide selection of offices ranging from a single person room to large multiple workstation offices. All offices are offered in move-in condition. We are located on Young Street, Edinburgh, in the heart of the city centre only a few seconds from the city’s best cafés, restaurants, hotels, and shops. We also provide a selection of boardrooms with audio visual and conference facilities, smaller meeting rooms for more intimate discussions, a selection of coffee lounges and breakout zones with great connectivity which can be used for informal meetings or in-house group get-togethers. As an independent serviced office company we are happy to discuss ongoing requirements with clients, and will always do our best to accommodate wherever possible.
