À PROPOS DU QUARTIER PENN PLAZA/GARMENT
Situé dans la partie ouest de Midtown Manhattan et abritant la Penn Station, le Madison Square Garden et le Javits Center, le quartier de Penn Plaza ne manque pas d'attraits. Né à Mexico, il a commencé sa carrière professionnelle dans le secteur du textile à l'âge de 19 ans. En 1996, il s'est installé à New York où il a commencé à travailler chez FalconProperties et a obtenu un baccalauréat en gestion immobilière ainsi qu'une maîtrise en immobilier de l'université de New York.
Bien qu'il vive à New York depuis 26 ans, David a l'esprit d'aventure et aime profiter pleinement de ce que la ville a à offrir en étant membre de plusieurs musées et en assistant à différents événements culturels. Néanmoins, il trouve son travail très divertissant :
