This is one office unit among many in that building. I own this one. It has it's own address, 13414 SWW 128th St Miami, FL 33186. We are renting the second floor. It has a foyer downstairs and then stairs to go up to a door that you can lock. Then you go into an office and then you go to a door that opens to a larger office. There is also a bathroom there. It is for office use only. You cannot use this to sleep at night. You will split the electricity with the tenant downstairs. It is priced as is. If you want to change the paint, the carpet, anything....that is on you. Association is included. However, if it goes up next year, then we add that to the rent. Most of the time it goes up about $30 a year. It is being used as a small insurance broker office now, but they needed to leave quickly for a family emergency. Il est situé dans l'immeuble de bureaux appelé Park Place, dans un quartier sûr et animé. L'unité de bureau comprend un grand bureau avec une fenêtre et un autre grand espace qui peut être fermé pour en faire un autre bureau. Il est actuellement utilisé comme salle d'attente. La superficie totale de l'étage est d'environ 600 pi². Elle possède sa propre salle de bains privative. Très bien situé.
