The ADM (Advanced Development & Manufacturing) Building offers roughly 23,000 square feet of space previously utilized for administrative functions, training sessions, conferencing, a security operations center, and secure archived document storage. Another 24,000 square feet was also designed for QC analytical and release testing, with space for GMP viral and cell banking operations. Warehouse capabilities include flammable storage, shipping and receiving docks, a waste dock, and cold storage.

The ADM Building has a 42,000-square-foot GMP manufacturing core, with potential for expansion to support growing operational needs. Within the core are four independent processing rooms to allow up to four products to be manufactured simultaneously. Each room has independent air handling units (AHUs), a unidirectional flow, and dedicated media/buffer preparation areas. The processing rooms are designed to be easily decontaminated, with advanced safety features including negative pressure cascades, HEPA-filtered supply and return systems, ClO2 decontamination ports, spillage containment epoxy flooring, and sealed penetrations for secure operations. ADM includes a locker room, clean staging, equipment staging, weigh/dispense areas, and multiple processing zones.

Building G, completed previously for expansion, has a 39,658-square-foot GMP core, with 4 DS (drug supply) manufacturing rooms, DP (drug product) fill and formulation rooms, a warehousing and distribution/clean assembly room, production space, and a media/buffer preparation area.
