DESCRIPTION
The spaces are located in the highly coveted Fenway neighborhood of Boston on the first two stories of a residential condominium building at 12 Stoneholm Street. The seven-story building was initially built in the 1930’s as a five-story garage. In 1970, the property was converted, and the top three stories became residential apartments, and two supplementary stories of apartments were added.
